1. Service Overview

We provide laundry and dry-cleaning services, including pick-up and delivery, for residential and commercial customers.
By using our services, you acknowledge your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Service is gauranted to be completed with 48hrs when booked Monday to Thursday. Friday servies are gaurnteed for the following Monday.

2. Suitability for Laundering

By submitting items for cleaning, you confirm that your garments and household items are suitable for standard laundering, which includes washing in water on a normal cycle and tumble drying with heat.
We are not responsible for damage to items that are not suitable for this process or have not been identified as requiring special care.

3. Exclusions and Refusals

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are heavily soiled with hazardous substances (e.g., human or animal waste, mold, pests).
Orders found to contain such items will not be processed and may incur an administrative fee.

4. Minimum Order and Fees

A minimum order amount may apply (e.g., $30 or a 15-pound minimum for wash and fold).
Orders below the minimum may be subject to an additional delivery fee.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payment via debit/credit card only; cash or checks are not accepted for residential customers.
Account holders are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information to avoid service delays or account holds.

6. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time will be communicated at the time of order (e.g., same-day, next-day, or as specified).
Express services may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure all items are emptied of personal belongings before submitting for cleaning. We do not check pockets and are not responsible for items left inside garments (e.g., jewelry, money, pens).
Please provide accurate counts and descriptions of articles; in the absence of customer-provided counts, our count will be considered correct.

8. Liability and Claims

While we exercise utmost care, we are not liable for:
- Normal wear and tear, color fading, shrinkage, or damage due to inherent defects in fabrics.
- Loss or damage to items left in pockets or attached accessories (buttons, buckles, etc.).
In case of loss or damage directly attributable to our processing, our liability is limited to a maximum of four (4) times the cleaning charge of the affected item.
Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 24 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by the order receipt or laundry list.

9. Service Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice.
Customers may cancel or reschedule orders according to our cancellation policy; unused services in subscription plans do not roll over to the following month.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Cancellations 12 Hours or More Before Appointment:
If you cancel your service at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a full refund of any payments made for that service.
Cancellations Less Than 12 Hours Before Appointment:
If you cancel your service less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time, a $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

The time of cancellation will be determined by the timestamp of your cancellation request.

If you do not cancel your appointment and your items are not present for pickup at the scheduled time (no-show), no refund will be issued.
